Hey lovely, I'm Emily. I help ambitious women build businesses that are visible, profitable and sustainable, without burning out or shrinking themselves to fit. I'm an award-winning business and marketing coach and international speaker based in Sheffield, and I've supported 30K+ business owners in 14 years in business.
My story
I became a mum as a teenager. I dropped out of uni. On paper, the story was supposed to stop there.
It didn't. I chose to build a different path, and I've been building ever since: an award-winning business, international stages, and communities where ambitious women rise together instead of competing.
I also know what it's like to think you have to choose between being a present mum and an ambitious woman in business. You don't. But you do need a business that doesn't need you for everything.
How I work
You can have the perfect content plan, but if you don't believe you're allowed to charge properly, you won't. So I coach both: the commercial strategy and the confidence, identity and mindset underneath it.
Busy isn't successful. A full diary and an empty bank account isn't a business, it's a very tiring hobby.

Where it started
Before EMpowered, I coached at Trades Freedom Club and Elite Business Academy. Yes, me, earning respect and kudos in one of the most male-dominated industries in the world. I coached business owners, grew communities, memberships and events, and helped members start from scratch, grow, scale and even sell their businesses. Thousands came through those rooms. I learned what actually makes a business grow, and what just looks good on Instagram.
So it was never just marketing. Here's what I help with:
