Hey I'm Emily Mallender, a Business Coach, Marketing Strategist and International Speaker based in Sheffield, UK, and founder of EMpowered with Emily.
I help ambitious women and female business owners grow profitable businesses, attract more clients and become more visible, without building a business that takes over their entire life.
My work combines business strategy, marketing strategy, social media marketing, personal branding, content strategy, sales, pricing, profitability, systems, visibility and mindset. Rather than looking at one part of your business in isolation, I help you understand what's actually stopping you from growing and create a practical strategy to move forward.

I've spent more than a decade working across business, marketing, sales and events, helping business owners increase their visibility, generate opportunities and grow. I've delivered and supported hundreds of business events, spoken on stages in front of thousands of people and worked with entrepreneurs at very different stages of business.
Today, I've built the EMpowered with Emily ecosystem to give women in business access to the strategy, support, connections and opportunities they need to grow.
I offer 1:1 business coaching, marketing strategy, group coaching, business mentoring, social media and visibility strategy, workshops, training, speaking, networking events and business community support.
I'm also the founder of The EMpire, a business community for ambitious women, and EMpowered Media in Sheffield, supporting business owners with visibility and content creation.
